This engine is expected to deliver a mileage of over 25 km/l, making it one of the most fuel-efficient hatchbacks in India. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and AMT.

The new Swift comes with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program (ESP), hill hold assist, and rear parking sensors with camera. ISOFIX mounts and a stronger crash-tested frame improve overall occupant protection.
